NIKITA KOTOV · WEB & MOBILE DEVELOPER · MOSCOW

Websites and web services, built end to end by one developer

Designs and builds websites and apps himself: from structure and interface to code, integrations and launch.

SCROLL
Approach

I run the whole product myself — from scoping the task to release.

I build the interface from references and a brief, write the logic, wire up services and take it to release myself. That covers landing pages for ad campaigns, multi-page websites, online stores and web apps with user accounts and integrations — and I own the result end to end, not just one stage.

Experience

2 years running the whole product, not just one stage.

Path · management → code

Started in project management, now builds it myself.

Ran web and mobile products as a manager: scoped tasks, signed off on designs, kept things on schedule. Later started closing those tasks himself.

  • I know how a business need turns into a spec and a release — I used to run that process as a manager, now I take it through to code myself.
  • Nothing gets lost between scoping, building and shipping.
  • I talk to clients in terms of deadlines and tasks, not just code.
What I actually build

Code, integrations and launch — from structure to production.

I build the interface from references and a brief, write the logic, wire up services and take a project to release. Good taste helps me not to wreck someone else's design — design from scratch isn't my area.

  • HTML/CSS/JS, Flutter, Supabase — from markup to server-side logic.
  • Forms, leads into Telegram, roles and access, payments.
  • Yandex Metrica goals and key-action analytics — built to a given brief.
  • Responsive, accessible, performant on every device.

I explain every case study from the same angle — what was in the brief, what I decided myself, where I plugged in someone else's material: for example, how the Gravio admin panel is built.

Capabilities

From interface to production launch.

01

Interfaces

Interface markup built from references and a brief — no template builders, no hand-offs between people.

02

Frontend

Markup, responsive layouts, accessibility and performance on every device.

03

Interaction

Parallax, scroll animations and interface states, built from references — so they support the message instead of fighting it.

04

Integrations

Forms and leads into Telegram, payments, analytics, serverless functions.

05

Product launches

User accounts, admin panels, roles — taking a project all the way to an app store or production.

How I work
I speak both code and business.

2 years running web and mobile products myself — from structure and interface to code and launch. I keep both the implementation and what the client will see and act on in focus.

Every project goes through the same stages: scoping, structure, build, launch.

01

Discovery

What we're selling, to whom, where visitors come from and what should happen on the site. The goal and scope are fixed before design and code.

02

Structure

A prototype, user scenarios and the content list — before visual work. The page skeleton and logic are agreed before any design appears.

03

Development

Interface, responsive layout, logic, integrations and state testing. Forms must actually deliver leads; analytics must count the actions that matter.

04

Launch

Domain, SSL, analytics, forms, speed and handover: published, working, with a clear way to update it.

FAQ

Common questions.

Prices, timelines and process — in short. If your question isn't here, write on Telegram — I answer there.

How do revisions work?

One round of revisions is included in the price: gather all your comments into a single list — Google Docs, Word, Notion or a numbered message — and send it over in one piece; I apply them in a single pass. A revision is a change to an already approved layout or feature. New features, pages and sections are separate tasks; anything beyond the included round is estimated separately and agreed in advance.

How much does a website cost, and what does the price depend on?

Ballpark: an ad-driven landing page — from ₽30,000 (from ₽45,000 with design), a multi-page website — from ₽60,000 and 14 days, an online store — from ₽90,000. Web apps — from ₽150,000, quoted after we break down the task. Integrations and small dev tasks — from ₽15,000. The full list is on the services page.

What are the timelines?

A landing page — from 7 days, a multi-page website — from 14 days after the estimate, an online store — from 20 days, a web app — in stages. I'll give you an exact date after we break down the task.

What do I need to provide on my side?

Texts and facts about your business, a logo (if you have one), references — examples you like — and access: domain, hosting, Yandex Metrica and Telegram accounts. If something is missing, we agree on the list before the start.

Do you design the interface yourself, or just build it?

I build it myself — from a brief and references, all the way to launch, with no hand-offs between people. I'm not a trained designer, so if a project needs strong art direction or original visual design, I bring in a specialist and agree on that in advance.

Can I hire you for just part of the work?

Yes — for example, development from a ready-made design, reworking existing code, or integrations and launch. We fix the scope before the start so both sides know what to expect.

I already have a website. Will you rework it?

Yes, I work on other people's projects too: targeted tasks, integrations, logic rework, launch. What exactly to change and what it costs — I'll say after looking at the project.

Do you handle the marketing part?

Marketing strategy isn't something I offer — that's not my expertise, and the offer and copy are best built with a marketer. On the technical side I help: Yandex Metrica goals and key-action analytics from a given brief, Telegram forms and leads, page structure built around an offer you or your marketer provide. More on my background in the Experience section above.

Where and how will we communicate?

The main channel is Telegram: task discussion, questions along the way and stage approvals. There's also email nkotov2k17@gmail.com and phone +7 922 607 06 37.

What do you build websites with? Do you use page builders?

Websites are coded from scratch — no builders or template themes. For a client that means measurable things: fast loading, clean semantics for SEO, keyboard accessibility and integrations without widget or license limits. The stack matches the task: interfaces in HTML/CSS/JS without heavy frameworks, backend and auth on Supabase, forms and bots via the Telegram API, mobile apps in Flutter.

What do I get after launch?

A published project with access credentials and an explanation of how to update and maintain it: forms deliver leads, analytics is connected. Further support terms are discussed in Telegram before the start.

How does payment work?

Cost and payment terms are discussed and fixed before the start. Revisions beyond the included round are estimated separately.
